Since a smart battery charger is intended to be connected to a battery, it may not have voltage regulation or filtering of the DC voltage output. Battery chargers equipped with both voltage regulation and filtering may be identified as battery eliminators.

All of the smart battery chargers are fully automatic and fashionable design in Y2014, it not only has the advantages of light weight, small size, charge stability, high efficiency, safety and reliable but also can intelligent switch between floating and equalizing charge, spark proof and reverse polarity protected, short circuit protected, over voltage and overload protected and require no specialist knowledge to use. Furthermore, due to the patented pulse maintenance technology, the range of chargers can be connected to the battery for months at a time meaning users can simply connect and forget.
A OMY smart battery charger will undergo a series of stages during the charging process to bisulphate, revive, charge, condition and maintain all types of lead-acid batteries, prolong their life and saving the user time and money in the future.
Furthermore, a smart battery charger will stay in constant communication with the battery throughout the procedure, charging only to meet the needs of the battery and therefore eradicating the possibility of over-charging or under-charging the battery and reducing its lifespan as a result.

2.4 --- Warning
1. Please don't charge in high temperature > 55 ºC (or under Sunshine)
2. Please don't charge immediately as soon as your car or vehicle shut down, please ensure the battery and engine of car cool down then start charging.
3. Please don't long time charge (please keep the charging time less than 8 Hrs)
4. Please stop charging if the battery box become very hot or the charging LED without illumination, in this case, please go to repair station to diagnose.
5. Please don't charge in too low temperature <-40 ºC environment, if the temperature under -20ºC~-40ºC,the charging efficiency is very low.
6. Please charge your vehicle full before you place in garage a long time.
7. Please don't exhaust your battery capacity, this will cause the battery life shorten sonly.
8. Please choose the EV power charge according the total voltage of your vehicle battery or battery brand, please inform us if you don't know more about it.
2.5 --- Extensive knowledge
Electric vehicle batteries
Electric vehicle battery chargers come in a variety of brands and characteristics. Zivan, Manzanita Micro, Elcon, Quick Charge, Rossco, Brusa, Delta-Q, Kelly, Lester and Soneil are the top 10 EV chargers in 2011 according to omypower.en.made-in-china.com. These chargers vary from 1 KW to 7.5 KW maximum charge rate. Some use algorithm charge curves, others use constant voltage, constant current. Some are programmable by the end user through a CAN port, some have dials for maximum voltage and amperage, some are preset to specified battery pack voltage, amp-hour and chemistry. Prices range from $400 to $4500
A 10 amp-hour battery could take 15 hours to reach a fully charged state from a fully discharged condition with a 1 amp charger as it would require roughly 1.5 times the battery's capacity.
Public EV charging stations provide 6 kW (host power of 208 to 240 VAC off a 40 amp circuit). 6 kW will recharge an EV roughly 6 times faster than 1 kW overnight charging.
Rapid charging results in even faster recharge times and is limited only by available AC power and the type of charging system.
Onboard EV chargers (change AC power to DC power to recharge the EV's pack) can be:
Isolated: they make no physical connection between the A/C electrical mains and the batteries being charged. These typically employ some form of Inductive charging. Some isolated chargers may be used in parallel. This allows for an increased charge current and reduced charging times. The battery has a maximum current rating that cannot be exceeded
Non-isolated: the battery charger has a direct electrical connection to the A/C outlet's wiring. Non-isolated chargers cannot be used in parallel.
Power Factor Correction (PFC) chargers can more closely approach the maximum current the plug can deliver, shortening charging time.
